This Privacy Policy describes how Adept Collaborative handles personal information through our website and our online learning management system (LMS), including when you choose to sign in using Facebook or Google.
1. Information we may collect
- Account information: name, email address and profile details you provide when registering or contacting us.
- Social sign-in data: when you choose Facebook or Google login, basic account information authorised by you, potentially including a provider account identifier, name and email address (where available).
- Learning information: course enrolments, activity, submissions and progress, where relevant to your LMS account.
- Technical information: essential session and security information needed to operate, protect or troubleshoot the service.
- Communications: information you send us in inquiries, support requests and data-subject requests.
We do not ask for or store your Facebook or Google password as part of social sign-in.
2. Why we use information
We process relevant information to register and authenticate users, operate courses and learner dashboards, provide customer support, secure accounts, meet applicable requirements and communicate about requested services.
3. Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers that support web hosting, authentication, communication, payments (when applicable) and technical operations. We share information only as needed to operate those services, comply with legal requirements, or with your permission. Facebook and Google also process sign-in information according to their own policies.

The website or LMS may use necessary cookies or session identifiers to maintain sign-in status, account security and core functions. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies, although blocking essential cookies may prevent login.

We retain relevant personal information for as long as needed for the services requested, legitimate record keeping, security, and applicable legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect information; however, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-party login and disconnection
Using Facebook or Google to sign in is optional. Disconnecting the app within Facebook or Google stops that provider authorisation but may not, by itself, remove records already stored in our LMS. To request deletion of LMS records, follow our data deletion instructions.

We may revise this policy when our services or practices change. We will publish the updated version with a revised date on this page.
